The European Foundation invites qualified organizations, advertising agencies and individuals to participate in the tender for social advertising video and audio to create rings.
The tender is declared to be financed by the European Union and supported by the project “Civil Society – Public Administration “Reform and Service Delivery Monitor” within the framework of which it implements Association “Anika” in cooperation with the European Foundation.
The tender aims to raising the awareness of the population of Georgia involvement of citizens in the process of making decisions by the government regarding the effectiveness of the existing mechanisms of commitment and involvement.
The Foundation implements the following programs: Civil Society and Governance and Integration of young people.
Ordered the creation of video and audio clips for social ads in Georgia in order to raise the awareness of the population so that they know how can be involved in the process of making decisions at the local level and what changes are needed to improve the effectiveness of existing engagement mechanisms to ensure.
Purpose and Objectives of Video and Audio Clips
- The purpose of the social advertisement(s) is in Mtskheta-Mtianeti, Shida Kartli and Guria
- Forms of civil participation in the regions and participatory
- Increasing public awareness about the budgeting mechanism and
- The aforementioned provided by law from the local authorities
- Requirement for effective use of mechanisms.
- Within the framework of the tender, 4 videos and their corresponding 4 audio clips must be prepared,
- Ring #1 – Informing citizens in the target region about why there is significant involvement in municipal decision-making in the process
- Ring #2 – informing citizens in the target regions about what engagement mechanisms exist at the local level
- Ring #3 – informing citizens of the target region of involvement about successful examples
- Ring #4 – informing citizens of the target region of involvement about successful examples
- Ring #3 and Ring #4 should also include information on those complex technicalities about parameters that often make it impossible for citizens to make their own identifying interests and taking action in the process of making decisions engagement.
Funding Information
- The total budget of the tender should not be for all four video and audio links Exceed 17,000 GEL (including all taxes). It should be included in the budget.
- Implementation Period
- Ring #1 must be manufactured by July 1, 2024, and Ring #2, Rings #3 and #4 – by September 16, 2024.
- Timing and distribution channels should be prepared for each ring long (30 seconds), and short (15 seconds) versions for TV and radio broadcasting and social media.
Criteria
The application submission procedure to participate in the tender, the company/organization/person must present:
- Concept of social advertising;
- Approximate dates of the rings;
- Biographies, CV or resume of persons who will be involved in advertising in the preparation of rings;
- A portfolio that includes at least 2 samples of social advertising;
- Detailed budget required for the implementation of activities.
