The Incubation Centre, IIT Patna, in collaboration with the Department of Life Science, Central University of South Bihar – Official, is hosting Ideathon 2.0 —an exciting platform to discover and motivate promising life science startups.
This is an event where the students, faculty, staff of the institute and startup enthusiasts can present their innovative ideas that has innovation and commercialisation potential to solve burning issues in life sciences.
Themes
- Food Technology, Agri-tech, Microbiology, Biosensors, Bio-electronics, Nanotechnology, Biotechnology and Sustainable Waste management, etc.
Benefits
- Top 20 ideas and prize winners will get chance to get incubated at BioNEST Incubation Centre, IIT Patna.
- Teams will receive mentorship from IC IIT Patna on assessing commercial potential of their ideas and how to go about converting their ideas into products/services.
- IC IIT Patna will matchmake participants with other startups/consultants/co-founders/their own team, to complement missing skills needed for actual execution of the idea and development of a prototype/proof-of-concept.
Funding Information
- Winners will receive cash prizes (INR 10,000; 7500; 5000).
