The Fulbright Foreign Student Program provides merit-based opportunities to graduate students and young professionals to earn a master’s degree in U.S. universities of up to two years beginning in academic year 2026-2027.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be citizens of Tajikistan residing in Tajikistan at the time of application
- Applicants must have completed their undergraduate education and hold a bachelor’s degree
- Applicant must have a minimum of two years of professional experience
Selection Criteria
- High level of English language proficiency, necessary to fully undertake graduate-level study in the U.S.
- Outstanding academic records
- Mandatory TOEFL, GRE, or GMAT testing for semi-finalists
- Demonstrated motivation for academic project, commitment to completing the program, and leadership potential upon return to Tajikistan following the program
