Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be between 18-35 years of age.
- Applicants must be Malawian nationals or have a local address in the country.
- Applicants must be university graduates from an accredited institution with a diploma or a bachelor’s degree.
- Applicants must have graduated within the past 5 years.
- Applicants must be current residents of Lilongwe, Ntcheu, and Mchinji.
- Applicants must be fully available for the entire eight-months training and placement period from June 2025 to February 2026.
- Applicants must possess basic computer skills and have access to a smartphone or a laptop.
- Applicants must demonstrate leadership and a passion for community development and entrepreneurship.
- Applicants should have a history or passion for community engagement activities.
- No employment experience required.
- Applicants must be willing to fully commit to the program.
