The Misk Foundation is thrilled to invite applications for its Youth Voice Program to engage youth from across the Kingdom in a rewarding journey that empowers them to be active and influential citizens capable of creating a bright future.
Youth Voice aims to create a stimulating and interactive environment that contributes to the development and empowerment of youth by providing an enriching educational journey presented in several stages. The journey focuses on developing fundamental skills in debate, critical thinking, and argument building, which enables them to play an effective and influential role in their communities.
At the heart of this program is a spirit of collaboration. Youth are not just participants but active contributors who are encouraged to share their ideas and experiences. Through a variety of activities, they enhance their leadership skills, build their personalities, and develop their capabilities. This fosters a deep understanding of the importance of social participation and active citizenship, creating a sense of belonging and companionship.
Ultimately, Youth Voice seeks to create a new generation of young leaders with the vision and ability to bring positive change to their communities and build a better future.

Program Specifications
- Language: Program will be presented in Arabic.
- Training Program: The participants can practice their debating skills under the supervision of specialized instructors.
- Capacity Building: Providing the participants with an educational material that includes many skills in dialogue and critical thinking in addition to debate skills.
- Meeting Decision Makers: The Youth Voice program enables participants by meeting decision-makers in their communities and presenting their voice as active citizens to create impact.
- Community Engagement: Activating the role of Youth Voice graduates as active citizens and volunteer leaders in finding solutions to community challenges.
Program Elements
- Online Training: Educational content, followed by a cognitive test, provides the participants with the foundation of debate, dialogue, and critical thinking to prepare them for the upcoming stages of the program, which focus on activating their community participation.
- Practical and In-Person Training: This stage is held several times during the year in different regions in the kingdom, and it is announced through Misk Community’s social media platforms. This stage provides practical training under the supervision of experts and consultants in the fields.
- Community Campaigns: Participants who excel in the previous stage will have the opportunity to work on their community campaigns.
Eligibility Criteria
- To be aged between 18 and 35.
- To be fluent in Arabic (speaking, writing, and reading).
