Submissions are now open for the Alpine Fellowship Visual Arts Prize to award the best visual arts response on the theme of ‘Language’.
Prize Information
The winner of the Visual Art Prize will receive a cash prize, and the runners up will receive travel expense support that must be used to attend the 2024 symposium.
- First place: £3,000
- Second place: £1,000
- Third place: £1,000
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to all nationalities.
- Applicants must be aged 18 or over at the time of submitting.
- All media permitted, including but not limited to painting, sculpture, video, and installation.
- Videos must be no more than 8 minutes long.
- Limited to one entry per person.
- The art work must not have won an award before or been placed in another competition at any time.
- The decision of the judging team is final and no correspondence can or will be entered into.
- Applicants must commit to attending the symposium.
- Images or artworks generated by articifial intelligence (AI) image generators are not eligible to enter this prize.
