The Southeast Asian Regional Centre for Tropical Biology is inviting schools to show how students, teachers and local communities work together to reduce disaster risks by using local wisdom—knowledge and traditions passed down through generations.

- This year’s theme: “Fostering Schools and Surrounding Communities’ Resilience through the Revitalisation of Local Wisdom in Disaster Risk Reduction.”

Eligibility Criteria
- All public and private schools (kindergarten to secondary/vocational level, up to Grade 12) from these Southeast Asian countries: Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam.
Application Requirements
- Your school must submit:
- A submission document (max 5 pages)
- A 3-minute video (in English or with English subtitles)
- Up to 5 photos
- (Optional) Up to 2 supporting documents
- Submit everything through Google Form. No printed copies required.
