Deadline: 12 March 2025
The Europe Foundation is seeking nominations for its Investigative Journalism Awards aimed at rewarding media outlets that have tirelessly covered significant current events, while at the same time exposing numerous cases of systemic corruption and poor governance through investigative journalism.
The Foundation’s mission is to empower people to effect change for social justice and economic prosperity through hands-on programs, helping them to improve their communities and their own lives. Its programs equip CSOs and civic activists to define and achieve positive outcomes for themselves and their communities.
Europe Foundation has long recognized the need to support critical media, particularly investigative journalism. For over five years now, it has reinstated its investigative journalism support program to ensure that critical voices are heard in Georgia and that freedom of speech is not silenced.
