In 2023, the award ceremony will be held on December 22.
During the last year, the Women’s Fund discussed all the challenges and problematic issues related to the awarding with the advisors invited to Georgia. In this process, the team was guided in 2021 according to the results of the research conducted by the independent researcher, Lela Javakhishvili. The researcher conducted individual and group interviews with about 70 activists who at different times and in different ways had contact with the award named after Kato Micheladze.
