The International Center for Refugees and Migration Studies (ICRMS) is accepting research proposals for the Frontier Scholars Research Award (FSRA) 2024.
ICRMS is inviting scholars and researchers to contribute to the shared vision of a world where the rights and dignity of every individual, regardless of their migration status, are upheld and protected through production of primary research and policy recommendations.

Funding Information
- The selected FSRA candidates will receive a grant of 0.6 Million PKR.
Publication
- FSRA projects are expected to result in a paper published in the International Journal of Refugee, Minority, and Gender Studies, which is affiliated with ICRMS.
Eligibility Criteria
- FSRA targets academics and experts holding a Ph.D., with at least 1, 3, or 5 publications in W, X or Y categories of Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized journals respectively. This category is aimed at seasoned researchers, emphasizing the importance of their contributions to the field.
