The Shoalhaven City Council is inviting nominations for their Australia Day Awards celebration to acknowledge local people and the different ways they contribute to the community.
Categories
- This year the following categories for nominee’s are:
- Citizen Award (25 Years & Over)
- Young Citizen Award (24 Years & Younger)
- Proudly Shoalhaven Award (open to individuals, volunteers, service groups and community groups).
Eligibility Criteria
- Before submitting a nomination application, please review the eligibility criteria outlined below:
- Residents who permanently live in the Shoalhaven. If residing out of the area, the service provided must largely contribute or significantly benefit the City of Shoalhaven Local Government Area.
- Persons who have previously been nominated but have not been awarded a Shoalhaven Medal or Australia Day Award (in the same category) are eligible to be nominated again.
- Individuals cannot nominate themselves.
- Individuals, associations or clubs may nominate a Candidate.
