The Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog (AIM) has collaborated with Innovation Centre Denmark (ICDK), the Royal Danish Embassy in India, and the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) to prepare the Indian participation for the Next Generation Digital Action Program.
NGDA is a global youth initiative part of Digital Tech Summit 2025 to enable diverse youth-led ideas, perspectives and action on digital technologies transforming societies – leaving no one behind.
Tracks
- Student Track: The student journey focuses on Digital Action for Environmental and Societal Impact, brought forward by external partners through sustainability challenges with a specific focus on digitalization. The track offers a hybrid three-week course in June for students from Denmark and from partner universities around the world.
- Entrepreneur Track: The Young Entrepreneurs track focusses on Digital Action for Societal Impact and presents an exciting opportunity for Indian technology startups in their early stages to accelerate their ideas and form global partnerships. Successful participants will get the opportunity to take part in a combination of workshops, networking opportunities and access to experts.

Program Specifications
- Participating in a hybrid innovation journey, including groupwork, joint Boot Camp sessions and Keynotes as well as individual mentoring sessions.
- Participating in a 3-week hybrid course from 04th – 26th June 2025.
- Join Digital Tech Summit and their preparation program 01-08 November 2025 in Copenhagen, Denmark.
- Openly engage in the program, supporting the other participants with your unique insights and knowledge.
Eligibility Criteria
- Student Track:
- Applicants must be Indian citizens
- Age not more than 35 years
- Must be actively enrolled as a student in a Bachelor, Master or PHD course at an Indian university in November 2025.
- Must be able to participate virtually in a three-week hybrid program from 04th-26th June 2025 and physically in Copenhagen from 03rd – 07th November 2025
- Should be proficient in English
- Encourage teams having 3 strong members who will travel to Denmark for the program.
- Entrepreneur Track:
- Applicants must be Indian Citizens
- Started the business within the last 2-5 years
- Minimum one founder is a young professional with max-age of 35 years
- Two members, both maximum 35 years, (minimum one co-founder) able to participate in selected virtual meetings/session during June, August and September and physically in Copenhagen from 01 to 08 November 2025.
- Able to bring material that showcases the solution (e.g. small prototype/model or tech solution, and video/website)
- Should be proficient in English.
