Applications are now open for the Artists’ Collecting Society Studio Prize.
Prize Information
- ACS is offering a recent graduate the chance to win £6,000 to contribute to the cost of an artist’s studio in a UK city of their choice.
Eligibility Criteria
- If you are a national of the UK, EEA, Australia or New Zealand and are an undergraduate or postgraduate university student on an accredited art course who is about to graduate, or if you have graduated from a university accredited art course within the last four years, and you work in pictures, collage, painting, sculpture, tapestry, ceramics, glassware or photography, then you are eligible to apply for the prize.
Application Requirements
- Your statement should be between 1000-2000 words.
- The PDF portfolio should only contain images and captions of your work.
- Each PDF portfolio must be a maximum of 20 MB and contain:
- A minimum of 15 images and a maximum of 20 images of your work.
- Make sure that all of the images are of good quality. Low-resolution images will not show your work in the best light!
- Please ensure captions follow the format of: artwork title, date, artwork size, medium.
- Your Artist CV should be confined to one page only.
- Please only include details of your artistic career eg. courses, exhibitions, events.
- They ask that you do not include unrelated work experience.
