Nominations are now open for the Africa CDC – DRASA Continental Award for Frontline Health Workers, a prestigious recognition initiative to honour and celebrate the remarkable efforts and contributions of frontline health workers across the African continent.
These individuals play a critical role in safeguarding public health, preventing disease transmission, and providing essential care to those in need during health emergencies.
By recognising their contributions, the award aims to inspire and motivate others to pursue careers in healthcare, while also emphasizing the importance of investing in and supporting those who are at the forefront of public health efforts on the continent.
The award is jointly organized by the Africa Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (Africa CDC) and the Dr. Ameyo Stella Adadevoh (DRASA) Health Trust, two institutions committed to enhancing public health and disease prevention in Africa.
Nomination and Selection Process
