The Bureau of Police Research and Development under the Ministry of Home Affairs in collaboration with MyGov is inviting the citizens, especially the youth to participate in the “Video Making Contest on Introduction of New Offences in NCL” in its pursuit to make people more aware of the New Criminal Laws (NCL).
These short videos created by the participants will help them generate more awareness among the youth (university/school children) of this country.
The New Criminal Laws are namely:
- Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023
- Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023
- Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023

Prize Information
- The Best entry will receive the Prize Money of ₹10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only)
Eligibility Criteria
- The contest is open to Indian citizens.
Application Requirements
- Duration of video – 2 to 5 minutes
- Format – MP4
- Language: Hindi, English & Regional
- Share the link of your video on MyGov (YouTube link or Google Drive link with public access)
