Fellowship Structure and Training

Pre-Placement Training

All selected Fellows complete a six-week intensive Training Institute focused on:
Teaching methodology and classroom management

Ongoing Professional Support

Throughout the two-year Fellowship, Fellows receive:

Compensation and Benefits

The Fellowship is a paid, full-time position.
Current compensation includes:
Base salary: Rs. 80,000 per month
Stationery allowance: Rs. 4,000 per month
Transport allowance: Rs. 8,500 to Rs. 10,500 per month
Outstation allowance: Rs. 10,000 per month (if eligible)
End-of-Fellowship completion bonus (after two-year commitment)

Outstation Eligibility

Islamabad: Must relocate exclusively for the Fellowship and have a permanent residence at least 70 km outside Islamabad.
Karachi: Must relocate exclusively for the Fellowship and have permanent residence outside all seven districts of Karachi.

Pakistani citizen or holder of valid NICOP or POC
Fluent in Urdu and English
