Deadline: 30 November 2023
Apply now for the short online course designed to help individuals understand the process by which government agencies and private foundations support research.
Additionally, it not only describes a methodical process for transforming project ideas into research grant proposals but also serves as a guide through the research ethics approval process. This course will strengthen your ability to present ideas in a transcribed and persuasive research format.
The research funding landscape is becoming increasingly competitive. It is essential to improve your writing skills for your proposals in order to better seize any opportunity and obtain research grants in Africa. It is well known that Africa has one of the highest disease burdens in the world, with very limited resources. It is therefore absolutely necessary to address the regional burden of disease by implementing appropriate and contextualized projects at the local level. In this context, it is imperative that African organizations, particularly in the health sector, have the capacity to draft clear and compelling research and implementation proposals that can compete with those of Northern organizations that are better established with better resources.
