The Garden Club of America is seeking applications for its scholarship program to support students’ field studies and offer an opportunity to gain knowledge and experience beyond the regular course of study.
Level of Education
- For undergraduate and graduate students.
Funding Information
- Provides $3500 annually to support students’ outdoor summer field studies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to undergraduate and master’s degree students. Research must be conducted in the Western Hemisphere.
- Eligibility is open to U.S. Citizens and permanent residents who are currently and actively enrolled in a U.S. – based institution.
- Due to IRS restrictions, GCA is unable to fund awards for international applicants.
Selection Criteria
- Members of the GCA Scholarship Committee and professionals knowledgeable in field botany will select awardees.
