Deadline: 4 October 2024
The Classical:NEXT is inviting applications for its Showcase to their independent jury of experts, who will select the soloists and ensembles to play in front of an audience of international music professionals.
Classical:NEXT presents artists and ensembles from around the world that push the boundaries and extend the horizons of art music. The Showcase Festival features a live concert series of artists and productions across different formats, providing a unique opportunity to experience a number of performances in a short amount of time.
Classical:Next was born out of the simple idea to bring the diverse scenes of classical music together and offer them a forum to exchange and develop new ideas around classical – or in a wider sense – art music. Since then, around 6,000 art music professionals representing 3,000 companies from 65 countries have engaged with the organization.
A live showcase is the ideal vehicle to grab their attention, not only via the showcase concert itself, but also through Classical:NEXT publicity and various communication channels that include the website, event app, press release and newsletters to the community, social media and the online database Classical:NEXT online.
The Festival is comprised of Daytime and Evening Showcases, Club Showcases and DJs with performances at the Innovation Award ceremony.
